3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Return Policy
Return Policy Details:
Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.
Exclusions: Final Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, please ensure all leggings are tried on over undergarments.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Email us: Send a request to hello@long-janes.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Ship it back: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
For Exchanges: We offer Free Return Shipping! We want to make sure you get the right size.
For Refunds: A flat $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Wait for processing: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect your items and issue your refund or ship your new size.
5. Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination of the shipment. As a Colorado-based business, we collect state and local taxes for all orders delivered within Colorado.
